1. Right to Return

Every customer has the right to return purchased products within 30 days of receiving the shipment, without providing a reason.

2. Conditions of Return

The product must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
The returned product must include proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

3. Return Procedure

Fill out the return form you receive from our team.
Pack the product securely, including the completed return form and proof of purchase.

4. Return Costs

The customer bears the cost of return shipping, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
If the complaint is approved, Merly.eu will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and approving the return.
The payment will be refunded to the bank account used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Products Excluded from Returns

Personalized products or those made to special order.

7. Complaints

If you find any defects in the product, please contact our Customer Service Department. Complaints are processed within 14 days of submission.
